took my 09 torrent in cause it started to act up while i was driving home guys took it in at 5:30 before closing got all the parts for it told me it wasn’t worth putting more money into it and only charged me for the diagnostics they could of charged a lot more but didn’t i definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get there car fixed very trustworthy and honest with what they do will be back here if my new car ever has a problem

Brought my Nissan frontier in for an oil change but had a squeak coming from the front wheel, found out it was a ball joint needing replacement.Booked in for that and was told up front the cost and time to finish,was surprised that they were exactly what I was told ,no extra costs, pictures to show the faulty part so I didn't feel taken advantage of and felt my business was valued and not just more profit for their big corporation.Staff was super trustful ,helpful and friendly, I will definitely be making them my go to garage for any other things I need done.

Very happy with the service I received. I called to inquire about having my car checked out and I was able to have my car fit in. I really appreciated this because it’s tire changeover season so I know how busy Napa VIP AutoPro is. My car was diagnosed and the work was completed within two days. I’m very happy with the services my vehicle got and I will be returning in future for any vehicle needs myself or my family members may have.

They do a really good job servicing my Jaguar!! They only fix what’s necessary and they never try to take advantage of me to fix things that aren’t necessary just because I’m a woman, like some shops I’ve experienced.

I went in for a tire leak,they not only fixed my tire leak but they were very thorough with vehicle assessment. I left there knowing what I had to address right away.I have been going to Napa for over 10 years and I will continue to do so due to their exceptional service.
