My day started with a flat tire. Luckily, it happened in front of this Autopro location. They helped me immediately so that I didn't have to pay for a towing service to my dealership & I was back on the road to work in no time. I literally love this place. Always fast, always friendly, always honest and always fair. Since my most recent visit, they have started sending reports with photos and it really makes me feel like they are being honestly and transparent, even though I already trusted them completely. As a female it's sadly incredibly rare to feel that way about a mechanic. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Fantastic service. The guys are super friendly and helpful, both Shawn and Angelo. My alternator was seized after a battery issue, and it was replaced in an hours time. Not only was it fast but the issue was fixed in such a timely manner. Coming from someone who has worked in a dealership for many years, it’s beyond amazing. Thanks guys!

I got a nail in my tire and the NAPA team was amazing at helping me out!! Other mechanics in town I spoke with were not so great didn’t even hear me out all the way - Dan and Ryan not only ensured me that it was fixable, but also inspected the rest of the car to make sure it was in good shape!

We’ve been coming to this Garage for years. The staff are great, they do their best to keep cost down and get your vehicle back to you as fast as possible. They communicate timelines and give you honest realistic expectations. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is after having so many poor experiences at dealerships to come here and be reminded of what exceptional customer services can be like. I had a very good experience taking my Subaru to Dan and his crew this week. I needed to have my brakes done and the earliest date I could find elsewhere was 4 weeks. When I mentioned this to Dan he asked if I could bring the car in that morning. I had been told elsewhere that I needed pads and rotors all around but Dan's tech said that it was only the rear that needed replacing and that was due to a partially seized piston. They serviced the front brakes, replaced rotors and pads on the rear and I had my car back the same day. So, they did great work using top quality parts with a good guarantee and it cost less than expected. Hard to ask for more. Dan's comment was that brakes are a safety item and they don't want their customers having to wait to get a safety item fixed. That's a pretty good reason to take your car to VIP NAPA Auto Pro. They actually seemed to care. That's a pretty high recommendation in my opinion.

I am very happy with all the service I have received at Auto Pro on Wonderland. Dan is amazing!!! I needed my tires looked at because I was afraid the car wasn't safe. After calling a mechanic and told he was too busy and going to a big mechanic where they sent me away without even taking a look I thought I would try Auto Pro because it is close to where I love and I have drove by several times. Dan made sure the car was OK. He was the mechanic "Dad" that I needed and I truly appreciated that he genuinely cared about my safety!! I have gone back for an oil change, fix my trunk that wouldn't open, and got my tires replaced. Everyone is friendly and the work gets done fast, which is great! I don't know a lot about cars so I was worried I would get taken advantage of, but I am pleasantly surprised by Auto Pro. Dan explains everything and he is respectful & fair. Thank you for all your help with my car and I will be coming to you when I need anything done with my car. And if anyone asks, I will recommend you!

I had my brakes replaced at the shop about a year ago. I started to have issues with the brakes this year so I contacted Dan and he attended to it personally and the technicians replaced my brakes on the same day and did a great job getting my car back to normal. Thanks for all the help
