Great work and fast service! I had a problem with my car AC, it’s not cooling.I called the dealer to schedule a repair but no available slot. Dropped off at the nearest car repair shop near my place but no mechanic for AC for the next 10 days. Searched google for other options and seen a good review about Autopro, so I dropped in and got a schedule right away at the same day! My AC got fixed at the same day too which I thought I would need to come back after the inspection for another repair etc. Andrew is professional and honest about the service commitment and I am well-assisted being a new customer. It is a job well done. Highly recommended this shop for urgent needs and hight quality of service!

The guys here always go out of their way to help diagnose any issues. They are very honest and knowledgeable, explaining each component of their in depth diagnostics list that they send you. I started using VIP Auto Pro on Wellington when the factory warrantee on my Malibu ran out. My experiences there have been great. I never feel pressured to do repairs, the manager Andrew will advise me if something can wait to be fixed or if it’s an essential repair. I feel I can trust their advice. I had gotten advice online to come to Napa AutoPro. They did great work solving my Check Engine light. They had it diagnosed in 45 minutes and on the second visit had the problem repaired in another 2 hours! They were very informative, courteous, and helpful! I also come here for my regular oil changes, they are clear and upfront about anything they find when they do a once-over inspection on my vehicle. They always give me honest opinions on possible repairs needed.
