Had a tire change. Immediately following, I noticed some strange sounds coming from one of my tires. Turns out they accidentally broke a coil spring. They ended up offering to pay for the parts and an alignment, and I only had to pay the labour. I appreciated that.

I really appreciate the service I received. Angelo F and Brian assisted me quickly and provided great advice regarding the concerns I had about my tires. They were so accommodating and found a replacement set of tires that fit my budget and took care of installing them within minutes. I had paid 1/2 what I was quoted at a local garage (to me in Port Rowan area) Thank you for the quality service and Bob was kind to call and confirm that the tires are performing well and that I was satisfied with the service, I haven’t been treated that well in 30 years I’ve owned and maintained vehicles. I will drive from 2 hours away to have my vehicle maintained with them! Thank you So much!! Having a good mechanic is as important as a good doctor in my opinion. I need my vehicle to be safe and sound to keep myself and my precious passengers safe. And thanks to this crew I feel cared for too!!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Angelo at NAPA, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best service advisors I’ve ever met. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, with a level of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity that stands out in this industry. Angelo doesn't just do his job—he leads by example, solves problems efficiently, and treats everyone with respect. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both the customer experience and the success of the business. Honestly, Angelo has all the qualities of a great manager—or even the potential to run his own NAPA store one day. NAPA is lucky to have him, and I hope they recognize the incredible asset he is to their team. I wouldn’t be surprised (or disappointed) to see him running his own NAPA store one day. 5 stars I’ve been bringing my vehicle to this location for years, and while the service has always been decent, the past year has truly blown me away.
